Need motivation

I am becoming a lazy **** and havent hit the gym consistantley in over 2 months. Anyone have any ideas to get motivated other then wasting $52 a month?

Just walking into the gym inspires me. Everyday I see guys who are ripped, then I look at myself and realize I could use a little work. That gets me hitting the weights every time.

look and see how much of a P u ss y , you are then go o ntv and find a model that you would love to bang and then realize looking like you do YOU HAVE NO CHANCE

set some goals man.

playing sports is a good motivator. I can easily tell what hiting the gym is doing for my volleyball game and it is my #1 motivation.

sums it up for me completely but i went down the gym tonight and had a really good session. it's weird though because one minute i'll be all upbeat about getting fit and changing my diet, then a couple of days later i revert back to my awful self again.

my main motivations are:
generally feeling better about myself
i don't want to die at a young age
want to get back to playing football regularly
and of course women :eeps: no one like a fat bastid

Some quotes that give me that extra drive when I need it...

"I figured if it took a few years, I'd be a few years older anyway. I'd either be the same, or I'd be different. So the time didn't matter, it was going to pass anyway."

An exchange between me and a guy at the gym regarding how I have "LIGHT" written on my left strap and "WEIGHT" written on the right one.
"Do you have ones that say "heavy weight?'"
"Nah, man. It's all light weight."

You are born frail and weak.
You will probably die the same way.
How you live inbetween is up to you.

"Quit? You know, once I was thinking of quitting when I was diagnosed with brain, lung and testicular cancer all at the same time. But with the love and support of my friends and family, I got back on the bike and won the Tour de France 5 times in a row. But I'm sure you have a good reason to quit. So what are you dying of that's keeping you from the finals?"
- Lance Armstrong in Dodgeball

Once someone asked me what pleasure I got out of riding my bike for so long. "Pleasure?" I asked. "I don't understand the question. I didn't do it for pleasure. I did it for pain." - Lance Armstrong

Nobody here is going to give you motivation though. You've got to find that on your own.

Oh, an iPod full of metal and rap doesn't hurt though.

I get motivated by looking at really fat people and then thinking to myself "I don't wanna be like that." Strangely enough, I don't get that motivated when I look at really fit people unless it's like Ronnie coleman leg pressing 2000 lbs, then that really makes me want to pump some iron!
