2 More Weeks til San Diego... Ab workout suggestions..

Doing cardio 4-5times a week. Leg raises and cable crunches. I hate doing abs but I've seen immediate results over the past 4 weeks.

Any ab workout suggestions would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks!

Wait what's in San Diego?

Honestly, 2 weeks...not to discourage you but there is only so much that can be done in that short of time. It takes a month or so to see any results and abs are one of the hardest areas to see definition. You need to get in the 12% body fat range to see definition.

For sure man, I've started over a month ago and they're looking better every week.

More specifically, I was asking about what exercises made the largest impact on the mid section. For example, once i uped the weight on the cable crunches and to almost unbearable weight, i saw a massive change.

My parents live in Del Mar and I'm at the beach almost everyday.

Last month they banned alchy from Pacific Beach to La Jolla. So I heard.:bawling:

In two weeks, it's not about building muscle in your abdomen, but about tweaking your diet to accentuate what you've already built. How long will you be on the beach?

5-6hrs a day. Its look pretty good, but not nearly where i wanted it to be. Yet, this is the first time I ever tried to get abs, so i guess its not a complete failure...

The best way to get abs: Eat CLEAN.
