i would like some suggestions from fanatics as to what coilover kit to go with. im looking for a mild firm/sporty ride that would be comfortable as a daily driver. any suggestions???

KW Variant 1 coilovers sound like the best for you. I've got a set and LOVE them. Great ride and feel. Teins will most likely be too harsh for what you're describing. You could also go with a Bilstein PSS, PSS9 or PSS10 setup. The KWs are a bit more expensive than the Bilsteins.

Go with Suspension Techniques Variant1!!! They are the same exact thing as the KW V1's (except galvanized rather than stainless steel), are cheaper, and are the perfect coil-overs for daily-driving, as they increase your handling phenomenally, but don't significantly degrade ride quality. They have my full support!

Have Bilstein pss9s set low enough to remove wheel gap and on their most comfortable setting. In doing so, it looks "just right" but is more comfortable on bumps and potholes than oem sport suspension IMO

Nah they aren't that aggressive. They are a great coil though, I hear some people say ride quality is on par with stock. Some even say better. Plus you can drop to the floor almost, and you can go wrong with their lifetime warranty.
