2 Gang wall plate big enough?

Hey guys trying to figure out if a 2 gang wall plate will be big enough for:

22 or 24 gauge DVI-HDMI(inwall)
18 guage 3 RCA(Component)(inwall)
Skinny RCA
2 VGA(inwall) from Monoprice

I will be using This

Or do you think a 1 gang will be enough? Thanks in advance!

What is this? How do you use it?

Clean way to allow wires to go in and out of the wall, but without putting an coupler inbetween.

I have had great luck with http://supercellaudio.com/ you design it and he makes it custom, whatever your pattern / needs are. I would rather be safe and terminate at the wall, you never know how much extra cable you will need in the future.

Any "wall mount / cable wiring behind the wall" DIYs? Also, is it OK to run power cables with these cables?

Glockman, will a 2 gang be the right size? Or would a 1 gang work?

Use the wall mount as a guide for the screws... drill a hole in the wall and fish down the video cables. Put an outlet behind the TV but not behind the wall and plug in the tv there. Do not put power the wire behind the wall.

Why is that not recommended? Interference?

2 gang should be fine for that, just work from biggest connectors to smallest connectors.
