Removing dried Menzerna splatter
About seven or eight weeks ago, I let my cousin try out my Metabo rotary on the trunk lid. It needed to be repainted anyways, which was taken care of about a month ago when some idiot went demolition derby on the back of my car. I don't think he ever really started to break the clear down, he did get splatter all over the rear windshield.

What should I use to clean off/remove old, dried, Menzerna SIP polish (mainly from the rear window)?

Rubbing alcohol is fine, water would probably work as well as a standard window cleaner. You dont need anything special.

You should be able to remove it with a number of different products like rubbing alcohol, clay bar, Glass Science Glass Scrub (on the glass), degreaser, etc. If the marks are really horrible you can use a little quick detailer and a clean razor blade on the glass, assuming the other methods didn't work.

How about some window cleaner and 0000 steel wool if you have any.
