flywheel question.. need answers
 
so im going to be putting my new clutch back in soon... heres my question...

my flywheel looked pretty good when i took it out. it did have some hot spots on it but no cracks or anything really bad. i brought it to a machine shop by my house that does all my work. they didnt resurface it, but they just crosshatched it to break the glazing and spotting.

i've read all over the forum about how it cant be resurfaced, and it has to be replaced. I've also come across threads where guys say they just got it machined..... soo... does it even really matter???

You mean your rotors?
I'm confused, but if regarding rotors... You shouldn't turn them.. it's only a temp fix.
Just buy new rotors and be done with it.

No, he clearly stated that he was talking about his flywheel.

I did the UUC moderate lightweight steel flywheel with the M5 clutch organic compound, it turned out nice. The final weight with the lighter wheel but heavier clutch is a little less then the stock setup which is good, but the control you gain with a predictable clutch is great. One of the best upgrades I did for overall drive ability of the car

I had very little gear chatter at idle in neutral with the Redline MTL, but I have since switched out to the Redline D4 as per their recommendation and the shifting is way better but I have just a touch more chatter at idle due to the thinner fluid.
