Angel Eye Help!
 

I understand there are tons of threads on this topic but I could not find what I needed. I installed the P46's w CCFL angel eyes on my 99 323. All is in and working except the rings do not come on when i turn parking lights(1 notch to right). Only when turned all the way with normal low beams on. Im not sure how I need to wire this so i can have just the halo's on with the parking lights.

ANY help would be much appreciated, Im kinda new to DIY and it's such a better feeling then paying to have installed.

If you want them to come on when you turn on your sidemarkers/headlights you need to wire the halos to your corner lights. Most people use them wired up to the ECU compartment as the best way because they act as DRLs and are on all the time.

How do i do this. If I connect them into the parking lights will the angel eyes not blink as well when turn signal applied?

Yes they will blink with the turn signal, so you might also want to consider using a designated kill switch and wire them up to that so that they can be turned on or off independently of all other lights.

You should just wire them up to be always on from the ECU box. It's the red wire w/ yellow stripes

this is true. I guess i'm going to walk out to the garage right now and this. Any extra connectors or wires I need? Also I don't have a soldering iron, do I need one?

As long as you have the angel eye wiring harness you will be fine. Wire the harness up to the rings then tap into the ECU compartment accessory wire and the positive and negative battery terminals and then will work perfectly.
