Here are some of the tortures the author provided to try and make his 10 year old Glock fail after he put 150,000 rounds through it.

Darn ... I thought this would be some sort of revenge or self defense with your glock :(

JByron 03-17-2009 12:27 PM

I'd WTF if I saw a car drive by with a glock in tow

If only our window regulators and expansion tanks were as solid as these guns.

Pretty dang impressive

yea but....... was the sock 100% cotton?
if so, test fail :thumbdwn:

This is my favorite....

After packing it potting soil and play sand and dirt and mud with a sledge hammer....

"The mag is full of crud, the trigger must be pulling at 20lbs, time to rinse again and see field strip.
I wonder if the stone wedged in the transfer bar had anything to do with the heavy trigger?"

Time to dunk in a bucket of water to clean it. :lmao:

Glock did a helicopter drop test from several thousand feet up onto a cement pad. The sights got dinged up, but the gun didn't even flinch. They let it freeze in a pond over a winter and in the spring they took it out and shot it without a problem. Just insane.

Gotta hand it to Glock. I got my G34 on order right now. :D

Coldintake 03-17-2009 12:40 PM

My gf could break it in 15 mins.
