What Alloys Would Fit My E46 Saloon

Hi this might be the stupidest question i have asked on here so far however cannot find any info on google.

Would 225 X 40 X 18 KHAN RSC ALLOYS http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=280331876648

Fit my e46 4dr saloon (sedan) dont really know much about alloys so hopefully someone can let me know beacuse the alloys look good i think.

There is no such thing as a stupid question.

yes, they fit, the offset is somewhere around 35-38mm which makes them stick out extra 10mm (same effect as having 10mm spacers - known not to rub)

sull78ds 04-17-2009 11:40 AM

lol, timewaster

Chris-TK 04-17-2009 12:46 PM

You need to find out the exact offsets to make sure they fit.

You don't know the offsets and yet you're buying them?

CRXnut 04-20-2009 12:21 PM

Why not ? They come from a compact (that means they can't be M offset). And e9x offsets are close enough to e46 to fit

AgentSingh 04-25-2009 11:19 AM

Bought the alloys in the above link fitted them to the car however do not look as good as i thought they would so going to stick with them untill i get some better ones. Still beats the 16" standard ones which looked pants!

What?

hi i have a e46 320d and was wondering if 19" m3 wheels will fit as i have just won them on ebay????

MileHiXi 06-12-2009 01:16 PM

It says they came off of a 3 series "sport compact" wtf that means...pics looks like a 318 to me. I'm guessing they will fit. 225 X 40 X 18 is a measurement for tires, not wheels. Sounds like they are 18x8's or 18x8.5's.

Yes and no. I replied to yer other thread.

The OEM M3 rear wheels will not fit. The front wheels will fit. If you want OEM M3 wheels, you need to run fronts all around.

I suggest a set of Velocitys if you want staggered M3 style wheels.
