Spec dock with Ipod touch issues
 

My spec dock fits nice but every sharp corner or bump it disconnects. I went to the apple store and I have the right insert. Realy disappointed so far any one have any tricks or advise????

On a Postive note BSw had fast shpiing the the Dice unit wokrs well. Except for the early radio that requires to button presses

The iPod touch was never meant to be in an upright position while in a moving vehicle, any jolts or sudden movements can cause the iPod to dislodge - even worse if involved in an accident.

This will eventually cause wear on your dock connector over time.

Hmm I told them that is what I had when I made the order are you saying I should send it back???

It's up to you from this point, we're just stating the reasons why we don't offer ashtray docks - regardless of manufacturer.

The docking cable that comes with the DICE kit works just fine.

i am just posting my pics now but ive had mine for like 8 mos and there is zero wear. i am using the iphone though so there is a noticable difference in the thickness bw the two. do you have a cover on the itouch bc that could secure it better. the thing is so convenient. it just clicks in and done. i didnt even need an insert.
