For the cost of those speakers, I'd find a way a to make it fit.

Ok, theres basically two problems here. One is the depth of the speaker, one is the diameter of the speaker.

As far as depth, without doing ANYTHING to the panel, you can usually fit up to 2.5 inch deep speaker max. As far as diameter, without doing anything, up to a 6.25 inch speaker will fit (this is the factory size). I installed 6.25 inch CDT components in my doors previously as was able to make the diameter fit, however I had to hole saw the metal in the door behind it to get a slight bit of extra clearance for the magnet.

Now, you've said you want it looking stock as possible, well even with hole sawing the door, and grinding down small bits of the backside of the door panel to get extra fitment, no one will be able to tell your doors have been modified when sitting in the car. It will still all look totally stock, so your if your concerned only about it looking stock then you are safe to do a little bit of door modding. Get the speakers you really want and make them work...you will be much happier with the result.
