Yeah it is. We've been having these meets for a few months now. You guys should roll up to a Thursday meet next time. We usually take up two AISLES.

Can't. I live on Carmenita and Artesia. Too far.

I don't see a JDM welcome sign either.

Devious1 09-08-2009 02:19 PM

i've been to the last three and they're good times.

albeee 09-08-2009 03:10 PM

^ You 2 need to recommend some shops that have great prices and have awesome quality work that are ALSO nearby. I have $1800 that's just begging to be spent.

Devious1 09-08-2009 03:51 PM

what do you need/want?

w0w 09-08-2009 03:55 PM

im down to come to these meets, the drive is not bad at all for me and ive heard the turnouts are usually pretty good

_Shark 09-08-2009 04:33 PM

Any good paint places? getting a new bumper and going to get my hood and bumper painted all at once.

Help!

Devious1 09-08-2009 04:36 PM

paint - elite autobody in gardena 310-532-2557

4mused 09-08-2009 04:36 PM

It's not the item I need hookups/recommendations on its like the shop that will help me install that I need help on. Although if you know someone/somewhere I can pick up discount parts at :eeps:.

I think I'll use w0w's car as my "idol" car. Sorry bud. You're getting jacked :P.

My dream build would be:

-M3 front
-MtechII rear
-clears fronts
-blacked out rears/sides
-paint black grills
-bronze/gold Volk TE37's
-whatever skirts
-CSL trunk
-Angels
-????? coilovers
-UUC TSE3

That's why I need some quotes on labor/paint costs. I only have $1800 and I can only pick a few out of that list for now.

albeee 09-08-2009 05:32 PM

i thought you were talking about maintenance work...

for paint, go with devious1's suggestion...got into a fender bender a couple of months ago and the bodyshop that worked on my car did an ok job...pretty good to be honest, just not that great. anyway the things you listed CAN be diy'ed...you can enlist a second set of hands if youre confused/lazy/impatient, and save money on the labor.

HardPark'd TT 09-10-2009 03:33 PM

I went to one of these, it was a real good turnout. Lots of good looking cars from vdubs, bimmers, etc.
