Bad HID bulb?

My retrofitted OEM HID bulb on the driver side stop working along with the cluster gauge warning light.

I have capacitors installed on both lights to cover the flickering. I cant remove the capacitor so I wanted to be certain it was the bulb that was the issue.

I pulled out the light bulb (DS2) and noticed it was slightly cloudy in the center. Is this a sign of a burnt out bulb?

Thanks in advance!

After doing some research, I believe there is no way to tell if a bulb is burnt out.

According to another forum, HID bulb take more and more energy as time passes and the ballast can no longer provide it. New bulbs are necessary at this point.

I'm just gonna order a new bulb from autohausaz.com. Hopefully it will solve the problem and be the same color as the passenger side!

It's easy, just exchange it with the bulb from the other side.
