Can you identify these rims?

I was thinking about buying these from someone: http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/8466/16x7.jpg

who claims they fit 318i, 320i, 323i, 325i, 328i, 330i, and Z3.
he also included the following code: 7JX16HZ (from the tire? not specified)

Anyway, I don't know of a 3er-compatible rim that looks like this...aren't these e39 rims with the different bore?

If you can help me ID these wheels, I'd really appreciate it! It looks like a good deal, so if they're right I'll take the 45 minute drive to check them out. Of course, I'll test fit, but if you can save me 1.5 hours of useless driving, I'd appreciate it

Those wheels are for an E39 5 series and will not fit due to the center bore:

They will fit you just need the hub centric rings :)

Looks like the offset for these is ~20mm...and I need something more in the 40mm range, if I'm correct. Swinford, I know you said you fit e39 rims with spacers, but my research tells me spacers should only decrease the offset--so probably these will poke nomatter what and I'm screwed? Oh well...too bad they look so nice!

 No that makes mine ET15 Makes them poke more. The decreased number makes them poke more the increased number brings them in.

Spacers will virtually lower the offset of the car (pushing the wheel out) since you are adding more material onto onto the hub. Unfortunately it looks like these wheels will not work without a good amount of modifications.
