So I was at the dealership today and took a look at the new
550i GT
It looks really sweet from the outside. HUGE rims and brakes. Two things really turned me off about the car though. The interior reminded me of a buick. Not sporty at all. And the GT badge on the LEFT side of the rear of the car. Idk, it just looks out of place. however, the new z4 in the showroom with black exterior/imola red interior was to die for. Funny thing is: on the new Z's, there's about a foot or more of a gap between the kidney grill and the radiator. It looked like you could set a basketball down in there. |
I know the New Z4 are having problems with the radio and bluetooth connection... a friend of mine just bought one and his car has been to BMW a dozen times for this problem and they have not yet been able to fix it...

I saw one at Tischer BMW last week and I was not impressed. Especially at 84,000 dollars.

I happened to be at the dealership earlier today picking up a little dust cap, and struck up a convo with one of the sales reps. He said that they're not going to market them in areas that get bad winter weather. They had one in the showroom for 74k and the thing doesnt even come in all wheel drive. Not even an option. you can get a 5 series Xi for 49k,
The smg transmission looked fun though. |
saw one at the LA auto show... its just eh
