will these work?

I know this is a common thread, but i've been searching and there are answers all over the place. I'm looking to pul the trigger tonight, so I need helpful answers.

2001 328ci

Front 19x8.5 ET35
Rear 19x9.5 ET40

also what tire sizes do you suggest?

Ditto! 265's though may have a slight issue depending on ride height and tire manufacturer you are using since +40 is a hair on the aggressive side.
