e46 automatic tranny
for all those DIYers, have you ever put your e46 automatics on jackstands and shifted to neutral. Do the drive wheels turn really? say slowly 5-10 kph?

trying to determine if I have a problem or not.

i have ran my car slowley onjackstands while doing th ATF fluid change. Neutral will not spin much at all. Just as long as you make sure the car is secure before doing anything like that.

thx Titanium3Series, the wheels do not spin fast, but they do spin when in neutral, which I found ackward. the rate it spins is as if its coasting, ie. put in gear, lift brake pedal. I've checked on sites with diagrams, none depicting a tranny cable, tranny seems to be running on pure electronics.
