Rieger bumper w/ fogs How do i wire the fogs???

My car didn't come w/ fogs and Now I have fogs w/ my reiger bumper.
Need a way to wire these bad boys up.
do I need a relay or what?
can I wire them to come on with my parking lights instead of buying the switch?
