Spring Perch Pad Alignment- Eibach Pro Kit

Hi, I bought my Eibach Pro Kit used and had no direction as to how the springs and spring pads should sit on the trailing arm. Anyway I have some popping that I know is the spring/spring pad, certainly because they are not installed at the correct rotation. I have the Eibach label facing out(towards the wheel). How is it supposed to be? I never got a manual. Thanks!

Look at the oblong shape of the spring and imagine it sitting in the oblong part of the strut. I don't have pictures but I do have that set out of my car right now and could get you one. I also remember a thread a long time ago explaining front spring alignment with pictures very well. They don't go against the stop the way you would think they do.
All of what I am saying is about the bottom part, I assume that is what you are asking about.
Oh wait, perhaps you are talking about the back, it completely doesn't matter about orientation. I will say that I had a weird sound back there at first and now I have a small gouge in my spring. My car did not clear the welded part of the wheel well perfectly. I always thought it was my sway bars. I no longer have that setup, went to coilovers, but they are so stiff I sort of miss my Bilstein/Eibach pro kit on certain roads.
