Also, what does offset mean and which offset would work (if at all) with my car?

I think they would fit, more info you would found in the tire/forum. I saw one car close to my office with those rims but do not know if was a i or xi

They do look good! I'm set on getting the 119s but the 193s are nice too!

Looks like it fills in the front fenders nicely. Maybe a small spacer in the rear to look better?

The style 119's are definitely a good and safe look!
