Unplug Stock Amp if not in use???

Guys,

Hopefully a easy question.

I have installed a full stereo in my 2000 323ci- including deck, 4 speakers, subs, aftermarket amps. My question is, the stock HK amp that was used to run the front and rear speakers is still powered but not connected to any speakers. Can I leave this like this? Or should I unplug it? There seems to be alot of wires going to it which makes me weary of disconnecting it. Might end up unplugging some things that I actually need?

Thats what I was hoping to here. Seems to be alot of wires going to an amp?? I hope nothing else ties into it like my convertible top for some reason.

For you guys that are interested, I got the old Bentley manual out today and traced all the wires going to the amp. Most of them are related to the speakers (obviously) and of course the power/ ground/ signal wires. A few I could not figure out, but I see no reason why it cant be unplugged if an aftermarket is being used.
