does the 1M have a ZHP shift knob?

that's what it looks like on bmwusa.com!

Sure looks like it. What I'm trying to figure out is whether or not it's an illuminated knob like every other M-car. I hope it is, since I don't really feel like paying the LeatherZ guy $300 for the knob

oooh you're plan on getting one? I'm jealous!

I realized that in class. I was like wait whaaa? once you scroll over the M column the M3's are the first section then they were moved to the middle. I'm like wait... Glitch? Ohhh Shit! 1M Coupe!!

haha just the knob if it's lighted :P Not the entire car - I wish I could afford that... though performance wise it seems like it'll be identical to the E46 M3

^^ Yeah they should stack up just about the same. The 1M might have an advantage due to newer technology and weight!

Weight is actually pretty close. The 1M does have superior suspension, brakes, and tech though so you're right in that it'll probably have a bit of an advantage.
