No fvcking joke.

Lost a little over 10 pounds already, and feel a lot leaner. Haven't hit the gym in two weeks, no cardio, and maintaining a low calorie diet. Not bad for two weeks

I take 3 caps on some days, but the effects are just way too much. Sticking to 1-2 for another week or so.

I got tremors, heart pounding out of my chest, excessive sweat, body felt like a furnace. Stims are out of control, you definitely feel this hitting you.

I expect to be mid 180's by next Friday since I'll be lifting and doing cardio again. Mid-terms and 12 hour work shifts fvck up my schedule.

I tried OEP, and it worked pretty good. Lost about 10 pounds in 2-3 weeks doing the same workouts I had been doing for the past few months. After about 3 weeks, I couldn't stand taking it anymore, and now I'm right back where I started.

lol that sounds terrible for ones body. Damn.

I'm not certain appetite suppression is the best method to keeping muscle gains.

The only caffeine I'm consuming is in 1MR and OEP.

Just a quick scattered list.

1 gallon of water.

3-6 cups of whole milk.

4-10 fried eggs. Wheat toast with 4 tablespoons peanut butter on my carb day, otherwise just 2 tablespoons PB.

The thermogenic effect is fvcking great. I feel my metabolism go into overdrive, which is what causes most of the side effects.


I am @ ~300 grams of protein a day. Even if I slack on protein supps, I'm still in the 300 range. Appetite suppression doesn't bother me much, I can force feed myself effortlessly.


My diet has been 3/5 of what I have posted above since I started taking OEP, probably around 200g of protein a day. I haven't hit the gym so I don't know if I lost strength.

The appetite suppression thing is so odd to me. When I diet, I have to FORCE myself to eat enough. My appetite adjusts so far downward that I don't feel like eating.

Have you tried OEP?

I almost forget to eat on this sh1t... its insane. One day I took it at 8 AM and forgot to eat until 4 PM.

I'm with you man. It's hard for me to eat a consistent diet. My calories will be at 3500+ some days, and sub-1500 on other days.

Nope. I still work out the same (mostly cardio w/ little lifting). My diet's not great. Being a poor college student, my diet is somewhat limited to what's available.

I would try amazon.com for cheaper prices, but bodybuilding usually balances out with shipping. I always order in bulk, I rarely get single items.

You can get online coupons for shipping and other stuff for bb.com as well.

I don't like ordering from random people on amazon.com, that's just me though.

I'm telling you, you WILL lose weight on this product. OEP is no lie.
