Need help with offsets!!
Hi fellow fanatics! :hi:

I need help seeing if +28 18x9.5 rears would work with my non-M with 255 or 265/35 or 45? Or would +35 18x9.5 would be my better choice. I have cut fenders and my tires is tucking a little bit under my fender. Let me know you guys

Why those offsets?

18x9.5 et45 would be ideal.

Those are very aggressive for the rear of your car. I would suggest going with something with a higher offset.

Since your fenders are cut, there's a good chance that will fit but you should start with a test fitting of the wheels and then decide your tires.

How about 18x9.5 rears with a little bit of stretch tire? Like 245/30/18 or something a long that line? I Think I'm more concern with the front 18x9 + 40 offset (maybe 225/35/18?)

That would be a great place to start on the rears.

I'm currently running 19x9 ET48 with a 20mm spacer (effectively ET28) and it just barely pokes outside the front fender. When I was running the 10mm spacer in front (effectively ET38), the wheel barrel would rub a little on the coilover spring under full-lock of the steering wheel. I would go for ET35 or lower in front if you are doing a 9" width. The front fenders on an E46 have lots of room. It's the rear fenders that seem to be lacking space.
