Soooo, I went to WD-50 in NYC last week.
**** was unbelievable. Didn't do the tasting menu but, had 2 apps, 2 entrees, 3 drinks, 3 complementary apps, 4 desserts... all for about $200 a person after all was said and done.

Damn near impossible to get a reservation BUT, here's the pro tip to get in without RSVPs.

First seatings are at 6pm. Show up right when it opens, snag up a bar seat or two. There are 8 available. Enjoy the cuisine. I'll post the pics up later!

Our starting drink, some snow globe drink with some dippin dots suspended in it.


Cryo-vacced watermelon, mackerel and some ginger puree.


Cold fried chicken, buttermilk-ricotta, tabasco, caviar


Peekytoe crab roll, salt n vinegar chips, celery mayonnaise


Eggs benedict, deep fried hollandaise. He cryo vacced the yolks too to get that texture.


Duck breast, apple, cheddar, kimchee-cous cous


Iberico pork neck, smoked paprika spaetzle, peach, marcona almond

Then we did a 3 course dessert menu.






Frozen Rice Krispy treat, chocolate packets with crunchy interior.
