Manually moving power seat

The driver's seat in my newly purchased vert is stuck in the fully back position. All functions except forward and backwards work, removing the front bolts is obviously no problem, but the rear ones are completely inaccessible.
I have read online that there is a method for manually moving the motor in this situation but have had no luck find the procedure. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you raise the seat? If so lift it as high as it can go and see if you can disconnect and remove the motor

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have the motor unbolted and I am able to start moving the seat, but not very far and the motor doesn't want to come out of there.
