Hard time shifting to 5th
 

I went on vacation and didn't drive my car for about a week. I drove it last night and I noticed when I tried to shift into 5th it was harder to get into gear than usual. The transmission was probably still cold because I was only driving for a few minutes. When this happened last night, I heard a small grind when the shifter had a hard time going into 5th gear. Once warmed up, it goes into 5th easier. It only grinded once. I did a transmission fluid change about 2000k miles ago and currently use Redline MTL.

Same issue. No grinding with mine though. It seems like the exact opposite issue as the detent spring issue I've seen, or is that the same problem just manifesting differently?
