Exterior Light Problem causing windows to go down
 

Just recently whenever i turn my headlights from the off to the on position, my driver window rolls down about an inch and my wipers go off. I have no idea what could be causing this since the systems are so different. This is really a problem since starting this weekend Hurricane Irene is going to hit and the last thing I need is not noticing that my window has rolled down!
