Loss of electrical things
As I was driving home today, I got out of my 2001 325Ci and when I turned the lights off and took the key out of the ignition the car was still beeping as if the lights were on. When I drove it later I realized that some of the lighting on my dash was not working. The background was fine but the blinkers, fog lights, brights, did not show up. Also I checked my side view mirror and it was stuck in the down position from being in reverse. I tried to manually adjust the mirror, it came up but is stuck in one position and will not move now.

I'm not crazy familiar with these cars, I've changed the brakes myself and did a good job, and can do basic things, I just wondering, besides checking the fuses is there anything else that could have caused these problems? Or has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Only changes i've made was installing HIDs that have worked fine and still work with this issue.

Any help is appreciated

Try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes then reconnect.

check if your sunroof works, and check if your radio works, some of the issues you stated seem like its an kbus problem possibly?

k-bus error. Search for K-Bus and you will find a pretty useful thread.

So, I drive to school, still no AC, mirror stuck, limited cluster lights and when I drive home everything worked fine. Def a electrical issue. I hope it stays working.

Just to throw out another option to look into (but probably not your issue); when the batteries go on these, they like to haunt a few electrical functions before they kick the bucket 100%. So, easy/free check of battery to make sure it's not in need of replacement.
