While your question is kind of out there, totally random and meaningless (reason why everyone is giving you ridiculous answers) ... if you want serious advice a cash based business providing a service is not a bad way to start. Depends on what your good at, what resources are available to you. I read in a fortune cookie once, "Opportunities are all around you, just open your eyes"

I've been digging around trying to solve this puzzle for a bit too. So, I'll probably give you the 2nd serious answer you've received, and that is: SALES. While that's a wildly generalized answer, for me, it appears to be the basic answer. What are you good at? If you understand how to SELL that thing to people, then go for the gold. I tend to be good at understanding investments in equities and insurance contracts, but I'm tired of the structured, 8-5 crap that comes from that industry. I'd prefer to "free-lance", if you will, and sell product to people independently. I still have to have my licensing in place (done), and I'm still required to be uphold some standards and reporting, ie, not defraud people or tell them un-truths, as so many in the industry have done. Coincidentally, those people are in jail now.

So, what do have a knowledge in? Whatever that is, find the SALES angle on it. If it's stocks, then do like me and sell independently. No salary, no benefits, but all cash. Lots of it. If it's cars you're good at, you gotta sell cars or parts, or services related to it.

As a bonus, I'll tell you what WON'T make you money, fast: being someone's "employee", working in the "service" industry, working at a place that requires an 8-5 shift, anything that doesn't require at least a diploma, buying something first then reselling it later, pyramid schemes where someone else is getting a piece of your action.

I am not in anyway OLD. I can give some advice though on the subject after losing my ass on a flip and several other ideas. There is no way.

I have flipped properties and made lots of money and currently making money with my companies and ideas. I am 24 so yes OP there are ways to make money do not let negative people deter you, i am glad i never listened to them.

HAHAHA...I have to admit, this made me laugh. Then I read how old you are and it all made sense. This is why you can use the word retarded with complete disregard for what it means and who it offends. Until you have a family member with down syndrome, I'm sure you will continue to do so.

Seeing as you hadn't previously posted that you flipped houses, I can't understand what made you so upset. It's not like I was taking a shot at what you do. I was simply sharing my experience. It failed because we finished the house in 2008. At that time you where only 20 years old so I wouldn't expect you to understand what was happening with the housing market. If you are doing good, great for you.

My point was, NOTHING comes easy or fast. Are you telling me that flipping the homes that you are so successful with are easy to do? I know for a fact, they are not. And it definitely doesn't happen fast.

Once you stop being a "right now" person, you will see what I am talking about. I wouldn't think you would know what I am trying to tell you as this seems to be the motto with your generation. Lastly, stop worrying about flipping houses and go take a grammar class. Was that really all 1 sentence??
