First pic is October after a few weeks of dedicated lifting, second is end of January. I started watching my diet in December and finally starting to see big improvements.

Lol no

DILLA 02-04-2012 02:24 AM

definitely see an improvement, you can tell you work out and care about your body. just keep eating and lifting. it takes more than a few months, it takes years of dedication to get big.

Darkoz 02-04-2012 02:40 AM

I think you've made some decent gains there however, you need to eat a lot more.

Thanks guys. I think it's worth mentioning that I have IBD so it's hard for me to gain but I'm breaking 162 which is my all time highest weight. Aiming for 175 for May.

last pic is from tonight, might be clearer:4ngie:

Darkoz 02-04-2012 04:26 AM

kushy - you've got some good delt development there even at your current weight, far better than most Joes on the street.

Mike Larry 02-04-2012 05:05 AM

you look like a skinny dude that just started lifting a couple months ago. keep at it and eat more

DME46 02-04-2012 08:53 AM

You have a low body fat %, which is good... just increase your caloric intake and keep lifting, should be able to put some mass on that body. I have a friend who had a similar build at your age, and now he's sitting at 180 lbs. I'd suggest weight gainers, but I don't know how it will affect your IBD.

DylloS 02-04-2012 09:21 AM

dude give it some time and you'll look real good. Your bf is so low that any muscle you add is going to make big improvements.

DME46 02-04-2012 09:39 AM

Oh, and please don't post these pics nor any other mirror pics on Facebook with the title "Getting Big" or "Bulk Season." Can't stand that sh1t.

Green_Shine 02-04-2012 11:26 AM

Big improvement from first pic to following pics, your shoulders look much more broad. My advice would be to eat more.
