I'm doing the Spartan Dash or whatever it's called in June.

I did the Tempe event in January... It was rough. As long as you're a fitness buff you'll be fine... If not, bring your determination, because you're going to need it. Good luck! Once you get dunked in below freezing water for about a minute, you'll all of sudden realize what you've signed up for. I had a blast. I'm doing another in Cali this July.

Doing the April one in Ohio, we have about ten people so far. Message me if you want to join our team. We might be getting a party bus through my work since the owner is doing it and paying for all our entry fees

what no one is doing the death race?

tycoon 02-27-2012 10:49 PM

Just did it on Saturday (Socal #1), it's pretty easy.. too much hype. Our team finished it in 3 hrs. Don't get me wrong, still had a blast tho!

Just asked some pals about joining me in July for the one near Indy. Looks like a blast to me.

Makes me want to do it! I can get some people to do it,hopefully. I would do the one like someone mentioned in Vermont. I think that's the closest one to me?

We're too far to train together but update the thread if you decide to do it :)
