I had this on my E46 supercharged BMW 330i for about 3K miles. The can has been modded with custom ¾" aluminum NPT barbs that connect right up to the BMW vent hoses. The stock can comes with wimpy 3/8" barbs. The can worked great trapping a lot of gunk. Changing setup so I'm letting this go. Selling for $200 shipped as shown. PM if interested.

The larger NPT barbs are at least $20 a piece, not to mention the custom machining to fit to the can, so price should be fair. Reasonable offers accepted.

how does it work?

It will catch and condense water as well as gunk. If you live in a cold place, this will keep your stock oil seperator from freezing and cracking.

It goes between the crank case outlet and the intake plenum and traps oil and water vapors. The oil can lead to buildup.

Do you have a picture of this on your engine? It may help folks, like myself, to see where it would install in the engine bay. I could use this on either of my M's or my 300ZXTT :)
