He has finally admitted that he has SHOULD NOT have been collecting sales tax on out of state orders. THIS IS ILLEGAL. I want a refund on my tax collected on my order i recentloy placed. Probably also the reason why they do not provide invoices. or any invoices with breakdowns of your order.
