Motivate each other
For those days when you just don't feel like getting up and going to the gym. But dat feel when you get your ass up and feel the pump. hnnnnnnngggggg

I've never really worked out that much through out my life, just a little bit here and there and I would get lazy and stop. Never was there a commitment or daily routine I should say. I would procrastinate and say I'll get in better shape the following year and when the time arrives I would procrastinate again. Like a light switch on and off year after years.
But this time is different, I've been working out for a month now and I haven't miss a single day even though I only work out 3-4 days a week, so as not to over train. It's no longer an option but something mandatory that I have to do. It feels good knowing that I'm whipping my body into better shape instead of slacking like I've always been. :thumbsup: I've been watching motivational vids before workout sessions for that mental push. Keep in mind that it's a little difficult for some people to achieve these results; especially when working in office environments or as a business owner.
I'm up at 530AM for some cardio but after 8AM it's all business till I call it quits. Some of these guys are physically active the entire day so they have a huge advantage. I was SHREDDED when I was doing construction during the day but those times have changed for the better :) |

I stay motivated by reminding myself once I slack off it may get easier to slack off. I also remind myself how stopping something, whether it is running, shooting hoops, playing a sport or lifting, you start losing every day you're not active. |
