Green Pepper Curry
 
5 green peppers
5 cloves garlic
thumb sized piece of ginger
1 onion
5-6 dried chilis
2 lemons
4 small potatoes
1 tsp onion seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds

2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp ground coriander seed
2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp salt

oil

fry the onion and cumin seeds until they splutter

fry onions until browned

add in potatoes and fry for a minute or so, then add chili, garlic, ginger and stir fry for another few minutes

Can this be adapted for a slowcooker? Or is that unnecessary?

yea probably not needed in a slow cooker. the peppers probably take roughly 45 minutes to soften in a smaller pot, in a bigger one that can actually hold them, less time.
