Sidemirror wiring help - 5 wire > 9 wire

i dig for 2 hours now and still found nothing that really can help.

so, coupe - 2001.
i bought a mirror and it has a 5 pin connector with 5 wires
on the car.. there is a.. 10 pin connector fit with 9 wires inside

I cut the connector and i started to match the wires. i only sorted out UP and LEFT but nothing more, after 3 hrs of cursing and swearing.

does any of u have any ideea how to deal with this sh***?

i found out that the 10 pin connector is because i have memmory option on the car, the 5 pin connector i have on the mirror is that because the car that was taken from had'nt got this fucntion.

is there a way to.. to this :( ?

NO RIBBON btw. so get this out of the ecuation. thanks

Technically the best case scenario would be to get full mirror control (up - down - left - right) but without the 'memory' option as the lack of wires coming from this 5-pin mirror doesn't have the additional 4-pins needed to read the mirror position for the memory function.

So it is your call on what you want to do. Full function without memory or get another 9-pin mirror.

Sucks you ran into this road block. Good luck!

i wanted to find out if there's a way of making this mirror to work with what i have now, i 'll renounce to have memory on it but at least to be fully adjustable from the switch.
