DTM-Spec

Any update on the customer service aspect of DTM-Spec? I have been trying to contact them and have had no such luck. Have been trying to contact them in regards to my other post here.

I have had no other option but to file a dispute with paypal. It has been aggravating trying to get a hold of DTM-Spec and I feel like I have had more than enough patience with this issue. I have tried multiple times to email them and I have even posted on this website in order to contact the individuals. After multiple attempts with failure I have decided to escalate this to paypal. I would highly suggest thinking twice before purchasing products from this company.

They are awful. I had a thread about my one experience with them a while back. I filed a complaint with the bbb but it doesn't matter because they are not certified under the bbb. I have bought and will continue to buy mods for my BMWs but never ever will use them.

Where do you purchase your mods now? I am in the market of getting either new splitters from a trusted company or getting a a carbon fiber front lip. Do you have any recommendations/suggestions? Sorry to change the subject on this thread slightly.

I will keep *****ing until I get a legit response from this company. I have emailed them multiple times and have tried to resolve this problem but still have not had any customer service. I paid $150 for a product that was labeled on their website as splitters for an Mtech II bumper but through numerous auto bodies have been told the splitters are for an M3 bumper. this would explain why the carbon fiber is splitting from the actual plastic molding. I would suggest that everyone not purchase from this company because they provide horrible customer service and a terrible mislead product. If you would prefer to buy from this company I would suggest just burning your money.....
