Clicking sound after turning car off from rear?

This sound is coming from the back of the car after I turn the car off, it's a little clicking sound almost like a flap I know other BMW's do it too, just wondering what it is?

Exhaust flap closing. No worries, carry on with life.

And knowing that, I will

Either the flap closing or just simply the exhaust system cooling down. Catalytic converts and some mufflers have attendance to click or pop while cooling down.

Sometimes when I turn my car off, I hear a release of air pressure from under the hood.
I assume it's the brake booster, but is it good/bad?

May be an issue with the CCV. Read some threads on that.

It's normal. It's just the TB releasing pressure. Had it checked out. because I have a few modifications to the intake.

Also, the noise of clicking is just the butterfly valve closing. That's completely normal.
