Never liked this color.

Tutankhamon 08-27-2012 01:12 PM

First time in a long time that I'm liking a newer model. Thank god that whole E9x generation is done with imo

simsima325 08-27-2012 01:16 PM

Very cool. At least we get EstorilII on M Sport stateside.

johnca 08-27-2012 01:47 PM

it's very nice colour for F30

Lovely

You could theoretically order this color (as well as really any other Individual colr) too if you have good contacts and BMWNA likes you. It would cost you thousands of dollars, but I'm pretty sure it's possible.

Still can't stand the F series cars, don't make them like they used to!

ALPIN3 08-27-2012 04:11 PM

While I like the F30 better than the E90, I just can't get into this whole "sharp lines" thing thats been going on for a few years now with many brands. I saw a white F30 at the beach the other day and just thought..."meh". But I snapped my neck to spot another modded E46 that was passing by. Maybe I just need to see one all "done up" to get into it.

...and PY looks horrible on a stock 3 series. They might be able to pull it off on the new M3, but I'm skeptical.

there is a guy around where I live with a PY e92 M3 with black wheels. Looks good.

Studdly_Studright 08-27-2012 05:13 PM

I actually really like that...would look great modded.

VMRWheels 08-27-2012 05:32 PM

Haven't been the biggest fan of PY but this F30 looks pretty sweet!

Dreamliner330 08-27-2012 05:41 PM

Wow, those hood gap lines look terrible.

Imagine it in one of the BMW bright blue colors

BBBoy323i 08-27-2012 06:39 PM

F30's are too big IMO, my friend has one and I carpool with him, the interior is tiny compared to the exterior.

That doesn't look like Phoenix Yellow, do you have a photo of the build sheet?

I don't have the build sheet but I know 100% for sure it's Phoenix Yellow. I looked at the specs. I'll probably be over at the dealership in the near future and will get more pics of the crazy cars they have in their Individual showroom.

I like PY because I really don't see that color around where I live. Depending on the car I think PY can work. The F30 looks good in PY but I still don't care too much for the increased size and hoodlines of the F30.....it is a major improvement over the E90 series though, I agree with that...
