Suspension tunning at Gran Turismo East $500

Stuff tht needs to be fixed :

1. keyless stoped working
2. the plastic thats in the fenders. < front driver and passenger side >
3. passenger side window has some thing scratching the window.
4. temperture sensor
5. clutch is slipping.. needs new clutch.
6. some of the interior led lights are out..
7. front bumper where I used to have a lip is scratched.. could be gone by adding a front lip.
8. center consol is worn.. better to get it replaced.

I really do not ahve time to fix all these before selling my car.. the clutch will cost around $1000 and all other stuff will cost around $500 to fix..

These are minor cosmetic stuff that needs to be fixed. I will be adding pics of the stuff that needs to be fixed within a couple days when weather is good.

You are very welcome to see the car any time.. I have all stock parts and some extra parts.. I do not have the stock rims...

What a shame! is it the economy? I would have thought this car was worth at least 35k with all that has been done to it. 85k miles...its just getting broken in!
Would this car have a higher asking/selling price in a better economy or is the asking price all it is worth?

I think Ive own the turbo kit for 3 years or so..I dont have any maintenace records cuz my friends have a performance shop here and my car was like the shop car.. so it was taken care frequent..

btw, I would say the car is a 7 out of a 10.. the reason is the stuff that needs to be fixed.. and I have not waxed my car for a year.. So the car needs some elbow grease..
