FS: 2003.5 Jet Black SMG M3 67k miles (lots of mods) [PRICE DROP]

So the title says it all - my heavily modded 2003.5 E46 SMG M3 with 67k miles on it is up for sale. I have put countless hours, tens of thousands of dollars, and too much attention into building the ultimate naturally aspirated E46 M3 (imho) and have come to the excruciating decision to put it up for sale.

My goal while building this car up was to mix DTM and JDM... to build an M3 that was as fast as an NA could be without giving up any luxury (ICE), sounded more like an F1 car than a Chevy, and mixed exterior styling elements from DTM and JDM tuners. I am very happy with what I came up - now is your chance to take advantage of my time and $$$ to instantly start with a finished product!
Ok... Give me numbers!

Between the cost of the car, the mods, and all of the labor, I have spent: $61,947

My asking price for the car as is (with all mods) is: $27,000

- I will not part out.
- I am willing to drive the car to you if you live anywhere on the east coast between DC and Boston (for an additional delivery fee of $300).
So why am I selling it?

- Since moving from DC to NYC a year ago, I have only put 856 miles on the car. I always swore that I would never treat a car like a "museum piece" or "garage queen" but that is what my M3 has become. This car should be driven.

- I realize I may have been putting "a little" too much time and money into the car ... time and money that could have benefited "other parties" in my life a bit more.

- I really want this car to be driven/shown/"exercised" and I can't do any of those things anymore
Where is the car?

- I keep the car parked in my work garage in Stamford, CT.
- I would be glad to drive into the city or northern NJ for anyone to see/test drive.
Exactly what mods have I done?

- Agency Power v2 titanium exhaust
- Agency Power headers
- CPI rasp-terminator w/race cats

What kind of shape is the car in?

- I have maintained this car at the highest level possible, with all scheduled and preventive maintenance performed by the highest level of mechanics.

- All modification and suspension maintenance (and some regularly scheduled maintenance) in DC area done by:
Road Race Technologies (RRT) in Dulles, VA

- Other scheduled maintenance in DC area done by:
Dan Martin's Auto Service in Gaithersburg, MD

- All paint work (I had csl trunk, front and rear bumpers all resprayed in 09) and body work (mounting mods) done by:
Re:Vision Auto Salon in Gaithersburg, MD

- Tuning and recent preventative maintenance in NY area done by:
ICS Performance in Stamford, CT

- The car has been washed every single week that it has been driven (99% of those washes were by hand and involved use of Meguiars Spray + Shine as final step).

- The car has never been in an accident and has a clean carfax and autocheck! (perspective buyer is responsible for obtaining carfax or autocheck... its not hard - VIN: WBSBL93413JR21539)

- Inspection II was performed by Dan Martin's Auto Service (in Gaithersburg, MD) at 62.5k miles, meaning that you won't have any major scheduled maintenance for a minimum of 10K miles (BMW trip computer just states "Oil Change" in 10K miles)... you could not ask for an E46 that will require less maintenance in the next year!

- When the car was at ICS in Stamford in August of this year I had them pressure test the SMG pump and replace the SMG relay. SMG is fully functional with no gear-searching or slipping issues - running perfectly in S1-6!
Enough talk! Show me the car!

That coolant has never been used in my car - I have never had to change the coolant as it has always been done during regular servicing.

Bought that when my brother needed coolant in his 335i.
