Which place do you recommend?

I tried using Bavarian Machine when I needed convertible repair. Very nice and extremely helpful. However, they quoted me more than what the dealer ended up charging me.

I also used MPH Automotive on Park Row and left with an extremely shady feeling. The owner is very arrogant and rude. I got the feeling he was trying to make up false issues with my car that "needed to be fixed". I ended up looking into the issues he mentioned and it turned out that my instinct was right. Overall not trustworthy.

So...what's the best in your opinion?

I use bavarian machine specialties exclusively. they are not the cheapest but they do it right. i know john, the shop manager, personally, he is very easy to work with and his staff is really good. in fact just today i dropped off my zhp for some work...Dr Vanos kit, VCG and spark plugs. wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Thanks. Yeah like I said, John was very friendly and definitely seemed knowledgeable. I may have to give them another shot in the future. As for the pictures, here you go. I just recently swapped the stock wheels to avant garde 310s.

Once in a pinch while visiting a friend in H town I stopped in here. They knew their stuff and got me turned around same day.
