I have a practically brand new VIS Carbon Fiber Hood on my E46 M3 that I am looking to trade for a stock Carbon Black hood plus $300. I will not sell outright as I need a hood for my M3. Yea no can do, I'd be looking for a lot more for selling outright. I just want to get the car back to stock so I can sell it.

you got any more pics of it? preferably zoomed out? is it CF on both sides? How does it line up with the fender and the front bumper?

It lines up just as well as a stock hood and my previous Vorsteiner hood. It is CF on both sides and here are a few more pics:
