F.S: 2005 330i ZHP

Selling my brothers 2005 330i ZHP (Performance Package). Its a 6 speed with 126k miles. Second owner, has always been garage kept, never been in any accidents, well maintained, needs absolutely nothing but a new owner. I've got an imola zhp myself, so i'm pretty well informed about them. Its got the alcantara steering wheel and leather sport seats, the best of both worlds. I have car-fax reports on demand. Anyways, I'll let the pics do the talking. Asking 12,800 obo, located in the DMV area specifically in Maryland.

Yes I have the title in hand.

Do you have the maintenance history? How often has oil been changed? Has any suspension work been done? Any Vanos rattle? How many owners? How firm are you on the price? Is the car a daily driver?
Has the car been garage kept?
