2006 330i 6MT/Sport/iDrive
Black w/ Saddlebag brown interior
74K Miles and counting (I commute 5 miles each way so not counting fast)
The car has everything: iDrive, bluetooth, lumbar, sunroof, xenons yadda yadda yadda. if you are on these forums - chances are you know these cars, you know the 2006 330 and you know they only made it for one year.
I bought it March 1. 2011 with 68K miles on it (as you can see I don't drive much)
When I bought it, the car just had:
Front pads / rotors
Rear pads / rotors
Battery / battery harness
I did the oil service again a few months ago - strange feeling doing it because of time and not mileage.
The windows were already tinted when I bought it - they are tinted all around, I would estimate 20% - maybe a little darker.
The only modification I have done is swapping the ashtray for an OEM sunroof compartment. I have the ashtray if you want it. The sunroof compartment involves eliminating one of the power plugs leaving only the one in the center console.
The car also has a DICE cradle with adapters for any apple product that is wired to the Aux/in jack The cradle will charge your phone.
I washed it to get ready for pics ... then it rained.... then i forgot my camera... so ... i just have phone pics for now. If you want pics of anything in specific, let me know.
FYI: I Have the carfax from when I bought it, but not one newer than that, I can PM you the VIN if ou want to run your own - I don't have an account.
It's raining so the car is a little dirty these days. I'm driving it exclusively since my parents are visiting and are driving my other car.
Car is still for sale but is going to be "hiding" in the garage for a few days since we are apparently getting some sort of "perfect storm" over the next few days.
Here's some more info: The car does have Satellite radio (at least that's what the screen is telling me).
Updated shot of the odometer as of today.
small ding on the drivers side rear door (You could have a painteless dent removal guy take this out - I had all the best intentions of doing that but never got around to it)
2 small nicks in the paint on drivers side front door
Scratch on passenger side of rear bumper - this may buff out, I'll have to give it a shot.
Rubber coating on the bottom half of the steering wheel trim is peeling (Why did BMW do this anyway?)
The nicks and scratches on the hood and front bumper that comes from 74K miles.
Too cold to handwash so this is after a quick trip through the touchless.
Car is still for sale, although I'm not expecting too much action now that winter is knocking so I don't plan on updating this thread unless the car sells or I decide to buy winter tires for it. Chances are it won't see much use this winter since I have my Volvo back.
Its rare that you see a e90i with that interior and a 6 speed. I drove my bro's auto of the same trim and wished it was manual, GLWS.
Just kidding haha, one more thing:
Thanks for the compliments by the way.
Someone actually emailed me from Canada about this. I thought if any inquiries at all came in these days it would be from down south.
You can definitely drive this car "during" the winter - I would highly recommend against driving it IN the snow though. If you drive slow and don't stomp on the gas, the tires will work fine while it's cold out. If you gun it around corners in cold weather or drive it while it's actually snowing all bets are off though. I never bought winter tires for this one since I have another vehicle with Blizzaks for the winter.
Thanks, but no trades unless you have a 2006-2008 4Runner with the v8.
Updated pics. Can't edit the original post.
