UUC Motorwerks false advertising?

"The "ultimate" solution comes directly from Meyle, the manufacturer of many of BMW's original components."

http://www.uucmotorwerks.com/MEYLE_HD/

The way that is worded and punctuated would lead one to believe that Meyle manufactures BMW original parts.

To my knowledge, Meyle is aftermarket. Perhaps UUC is getting them mixed up with Mahle. UUC, we need an explanation!

BTW, anyone seen Meyle's newest RSM design? It's quite different from before. I installed a fresh pair last night and noticed the washers on both side of the RSM now sit on the center metal cylindrical sleeve.. there's no direct contact with the bushing's four contact points anymore. Not sure why that is? :hmm: The mount seems a lot stiffer and sturdier than Meyle's old mounts but the fact that the bushing's four rubber "nubs" doesn't sit on the washer anymore concerns me. The new "rubber" on the *new* Meyle RSMs feels like poly... doesn't feel like rubber at all. :hmm:

They do seem to imply meyle makes OE components. I'm positive that's false though

Agreed, it was probably an honest mistake as I don't really see any explanation for it.
