8-Series grand coupe'
 

My girlfiend said she saw one of these on the road today... Is that even possible? Are they now in production?

I saw a review on it already on Motorweek so it probably was a manufacture demo.

Nothing about it on BMW's website.

I think you are correct, so maybe she DID actually see the 8-concept I posted in the post before this... :yikes:

They're selling them. I've been at the dealership twice lately and they have a couple in stock. Although she might've seen a 5-series GT - the front end looks similar to the 6-series GS concept.

RIGHT?! She says it looks like that concept one, but they do look similar, so it's probly the 8 production car that briangl92 mentioned.

I still don't like how they're calling 4 door cars coupes. It's just not right. :tsk:

Also, she probably saw a 6 series they all look so damn alike anyway

6-series Gran Coupe. There's only speculation of another 8-series.

People on e46fanatics can only dream about owning this car.

The 'coupe' styling of the roof line limits headroom and the length of the passenger area significantly. Is is really a coupe like car they added two extra doors to so the back seats are like a coupe but you have your own door.
