best springs for 325xi to keep stock comfort

starting a new thread based on where my original question was going

typical story I think, broken rear spring.

Car is a daily driver, will see potholes and snow.

Can't seem to locate a non-factory rear spring replacement (factory is $175 each).

Considering eibach and other kits, but don't want to lose any comfort for daily driving.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

I don't care how it looks, I'd make it look like a rally-car if I had my choice.. coilovers aren't in the budget. I don't care if it gets lowered a little either.. better handling is a bonus, but I really just want it to ride nice over rough roads.

I have new Bilstien's waiting to go in

Use eibach springs for xi with the bilsteins. OE, Eibach, or HnR are the only options. Stay away from HnR.

Thanks

nothing to lose but ride-height I guess :)

I've been doing a lot of outside searching too in the last 2 hours and came up with the same conclusion...

I placed an order for eibach and will update on installation. Thanks!

Eibachs are topically a softer riding spring than the H&Rs, so you made the right choice with daily driven comfort in mind.
