Diff and carrier and Flywheel
UUC lightweight flywheel for 5speed manual. USED.
I bought this looooooooooooooooong ago, and never got around to installing it, now selling the sedan, and dont think its fair to give it away with the car for free.
When i bought it, dude said it came out of a running car, it was one of them long time OG members who was parting out. He said all it needed was a clutch and he'd recommend changing the friction disc since its right there.
UUC last i checked sells these for $70 or so.

They recommend this flywheel be used with a E34 M5 clutch to be juuuust right.
My price $250 shipped to the lower 48.

OEM Diff carrier + Diff
3:38 non M diff, with about 100k miles and carrier.
Bought this off wrecklessfool last fall, again, another one i never got around to installing, no use for it. The little label with the part # is illegible, but its a 3:38, from a auto 330.

Asking $150 + shipping for the diff. YOU KNOW ITS HEAVY AS HELL!
Asking $50 + shipping for the carrier, very big/buly, not super light either.

Just like my last thread, im super busy during the week and can mainly ship on saturday.
Check my feedback, im a straight shooter, no BS seller.

no pressure plate with the flywheel? did you just use your oem one?

Snik 11-01-2012 04:43 PM

Just the flywheel. Nothing else, as mentioned above. I never got around to buying the clutch and installing it.

Good luck with your sale, buddy. I can vouch for the excellent condition of the differential and carrier as I pulled them from my car to do a full M3 rear end swap. The diff is NOT leaking fluid. There is a weep hole for internal ventilation (OEM) and when I had it stored some of the fluid exited through the weep hole and "stained" the diff case. Also, I RELIGIOUSLY changed the diff fluid with Redline every 30K miles.

EDIT: I also replaced the rear differential bushing in the carrier as preventative maintenance. It only has around 10K miles on it.

Snik 11-17-2012 11:30 PM

Bumpy. No one wants a diff?

Snik 11-18-2012 11:42 AM

Sedan is gone. Diff and flywheel need to be gone.
Make reasonable offers.

I am looking for a differential for my 2000 323i auto? Would yours work?

You may have to put your output flanges on to the diff. But besides that, it fits.
Go see the differential sticky thread. I believe they talk about how to do it in there.

Anyone know how to ship a differential?

330i ZHP 11-21-2012 04:45 AM

go to Walmart or similar and buy a heavy duty rubbermaid container (not clear plastic - too fragile) and stuff it with HEAVY paper, then lay the diff in the box, the stuff more HEAVY paper all around and on top.

I sent you a PM - need a diff ASAP

Thanks bud - didnt you used to live in VA?

Snik 11-21-2012 06:32 AM

Thanks Stu, will see if I can do that today.

Used to live in VA, but down in Florida for EOD school.

Did ABMW buy the diff off of you? I'm interested otherwise.

Snik 11-30-2012 05:33 AM

Flywheel sold. Diff still available. I'm supposed to get quotes for some people, but haven't had a chance to yet.

lutze 12-05-2012 09:54 AM

Sent a pm a couple days ago—I'm very interested as well, in Arlington VA here.

Snik 12-05-2012 09:09 PM
